Directions for Use: Start with 1/2 teaspoon and build up to a full serving of 1 tablespoon over 2 weeks. Use up to 1-3 tablespoons per day. Too much Brain Octane Oil, especially if consumed on an empty stomach, can result in loose stools or a stomachache. It takes time for your body to adapt to the higher intake of fats and start to use ketones as a fuel source efficiently.
