She is also a certified coach and hypnotherapist. Health Coaching FAQ

An initial health history and questionnaire will be asked to go over the clients challenges, current lifestyle and behaviours, and the clients health and wellbeing goals. It provides a service of confidentiality and support with you and the health coach.
Depending on what goal the client is trying to reach, their current lifestyle and health ailments, 2-3 sessions may be adequate, or they may require 5 or more.
Health Coaching will work through any current challenges in relation to the clients lifestyle behaviours and in achieving or maintaining their health goals. Common changes clients can make include changing eating patterns and behaviours, relationship with food, banishing emotional eating, motivation around exercise routines, specific and sustainable meal plans and recipes, sleep and relaxation, and stress management.
